Exchange & Return Policy

Maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of our premium unstitched collections.

1. Exchange Eligibility

    We take pride in the premium quality of our unstitched collections. To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our fabrics, we operate under a strict No Return policy.

  • 02

    Refunds or returns are not offered. Exchanges are only processed if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect (misprints, holes, or damaged embroidery).

  • 03

    Exchanges are applicable if the wrong item was delivered to you.

  • 04

    All issues must be reported to our concierge within 3 days of delivery.

  • 05

    Note: Requests due to "change of mind," color variations (due to screen settings), or fabric feel will not be entertained.

2. Condition of Fabric

  • 01

    Completely Uncut: We cannot exchange fabric that has already been cut or handed over to a tailor.

  • 02

    Original Condition: Items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original premium packaging.

  • 03

    Tags Intact: All brand tags and labels must remain attached.

  • 04

    Important: Any item returned with signs of wear, scent (perfume), or damage will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

3. How to Request

    If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our concierge within 3 days.

    Required Info: Please provide your Order Number and a clear video/photo showing the defect or the incorrect article received.

4. Shipping & Logistics

  • 01

    Faulty Items: If the error is on our part (wrong or damaged item), Roza Store will bear all courier charges for the replacement.

  • 02

    Other Cases: For any other approved exchange, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping and the redelivery charges.

5. Processing Time

    Once your return arrives and passes quality inspection, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

  • 02

    If the original design is out of stock, we will provide you with Store Credit of the same value, valid for 30 days.

6. Sale Articles

  • 01

    Articles purchased during a Sale or at a discounted price are Final Sale.

  • 02

    These items are not eligible for exchange unless they have a genuine manufacturing defect.
